Accessibility statement
At Skify we want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. The site is built to the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA, and to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
What we have done
- The site is available in Hebrew (right to left) and English, and every page declares its language.
- The whole site works with a keyboard, and every page starts with a "Skip to content" link.
- Every meaningful image has alternative text. Decorative images are marked as decorative.
- Headings follow a clear hierarchy, and navigation and content regions are marked.
- Motion stops for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion.
- Form fields are labelled, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- There is no third-party accessibility overlay. Accessibility is built into the code.
Known limitations
- The legal documents (terms of use, privacy policy, community guidelines) are web pages, not files, so they are as accessible as the rest of the site.
- The app screenshots are illustrations. Their content is described in the alternative text and in the text next to them.
- The site has not yet been reviewed by a certified accessibility surveyor. We are working on it.
